Exchange Policy
Goods that are damaged or defective at the time of receipt can be exchanged for the same goods provided written notification is received within two business days from the time of receipt detailing the condition of the material.
Due to the handcrafted nature of the pieces, slight variations and imperfections may occur. Such attributes add to the unique character of each piece and will not be considered defects.
We reserve the right to alter, without notice, any of the products in our catalog, and to make aesthetic and technical improvements to them.
